Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Jimi moved to Cincinnati, Ohio to pursue a dance traineeship with Cincinnati Ballet; performing in works such as Adam Hougland’s ‘Mozart’s Requiem’, Twyla Tharp’s ‘The Story Teller’ & George Balanchine’s ‘Serenade’.
Jimi has had a well-traveled career spanning the United States, Japan, and now Australia, where he has traveled to remote communities delivering dance performances and workshops.
Jimi’s passion for performance extends behind the scenes with a developing career in company administration and management, with experience in Client Administration. When he’s not crunching numbers, you can find him studying Japanese or playing Nintendo Switch.
