Kalman’s classes are based on the Vaganova method of training, making particular use of this method’s focus on incorporating the awareness and use of spinal rotation in relation to whole-body line and function in its 360-degree form, whilst adapting to suit the demands and specificities of classical ballet for contemporary movers.
