Class today is Ballet w/ Nicole Corea

Nicole’s class offers a mindful approach to ballet for both contemporary and classical dancers. Drawing from a range of classical techniques, you will explore the vast freedom within the form including a playful approach to musicality and phrasing, and exercises that aim to enhance the relationship between artistry and technique.

Class will start at the barre, moving through centre and traveling exercises that can be advanced or modified depending on the needs of each dancer.

This class is suitable for trained/professional dancers or those with a strong foundational knowledge of ballet terminology and sequencing.
