Class today is Ballet w/ Shardae Matthews

In this class you will centre yourself and find strength and stability—working on lengthening and extending your lines. Class will move through warm-up at the Barre focusing on technique, strength and stretching—and then on to centre which includes travelling exercises and pirouettes. The class will end by finding your way to petite and grand allegro.

This class will use ballet terminology and will allow for adjustments to suit varying abilities and goals. Suitable for all dancers wishing to further their classical ballet technique or just wanting to find an enjoyable ballet class to dance through.
