Caroline’s class aims to prepare the mind and body for sensitive, imaginative, and engaged movement practice. Beginning with an emphasis on tuning the attention to find balance and softness, we then move on to phrase material that explores dynamic shifts, rhythmic phrasing and a playful blend of technical rigour and personal expression.

About Caroline Meaden
Caroline is a choreographer and performer working across dance, theatre and live art contexts. As one third of ‘Alice, Will, Caroline’, she creates multi-layered choreographic pieces incorporating theatre, design, dance and music. As a performer she has worked with Phillip Adams Balletlab, Michelle Heaven, Nat Cursio Co., Shelley Lasica and Monica Bill Barnes & Company among others.
