Class today is Contemporary Dance w/ Georgia Rudd
In this class we will prepare the dancing body by opening the channels to find freedom and flow, while connecting to the joy of moving together. There will be a progressive, led warm-up utilising anatomical functions and energetic directions to open up perception of the body. Connection to breath, sensation, floor work, stretching, and choreographic phrase material.
