Kyall’s classes place a focus on finding ease, availability and efficiency within the body. It begins with somatic principles applied through improvisational scores, to allow personal consideration and discovery of this availability. This lens is then narrowed into more complex and set movement phrases whilst trying to maintain these freedoms.
