Class today is Contemporary Dance w/ Lee Serle
Lee’s class will guide the body through a series of structural alignment exercises, mapping the skeleton and joints through imagery to build the body from the ground up in preparation for dancing.
Focusing on weight and momentum to find efficiency through the body, we will establish stability and joint mobility and how this can be applied within complex movement material and improvisation.
