Class today is Contemporary Dance w/ Ngioka Bunda-Heath

Ngioka’s class is, at times, fast-paced to get dancers exploring the freedom of bodies and minds with good, old-fashioned foundational exercises that incorporate floorwork, traveling, improvisation, and choreographic movement phrases.

Class focuses on a sense of weight, movement ability, floorwork, and refined technique, and will include warm-up, skills exercises, improvisation, and cooldown. This class may include high-energy movement sequences and the use of technical terms.
