Class today is Contemporary Dance w/ Pol Andrés Thió

This class will focus on accessing movement predominantly through sensation. Amplifying the already existing movement to access efficiency, delicacy, malleability and totality.

We will encourage letting go, becoming available to find playfulness and pleasure in our experience as it is. Using this awareness to undo our habits in order to go beyond familiar limits. This class will start with a guided multi-layering of sensation-based tasks and then (depending on time) repertoire, including floor-work and standing sequences.
