Class today is Contemporary Dance w/ Sam Hines

The aim of Samantha’s class is to awaken the senses and expand the mind/body. The class focuses on various techniques, textures, energy systems and what the body desires that day. The class will include improvisation scores, visualisation and set movement exercises. The class varies from somatic practices through to high energy exercises.

The class is suitable for trained/professional dancers. But anyone is welcome to come along.
