Class today is Contemporary Dance w/ Jenni Large

Jenni’s class aims to bring ease, flow and grounding to the body by using accumulative progressions that build into complex movement pathways in and out of the floor. With an equal focus on strength, softness and coordination, class will involve exploratory ‘follow along’ sequences, improvisation and phrases of choreographed movement. Techniques are drawn from Jenni’s research and experiences of Body Mind Centering (Bonnie Bainbridge-Cohen), Feldenkrais, Yoga, Gymnastics and Pole Dancing - be prepared to sweat, have fun and be challenged!

This class may include high energy movement sequences, touching/partnered work. It is recommended to wear long pants, long sleeve shirts and knee pads.

This class is suitable for trained bodies.
