Jenni’s class hones and re-imagines traditional contemporary dance techniques through a focus on the pelvis, floor work and gaining awareness of the whole self in space.

We will explore methods for accessing sophisticated strength which encourages softness, efficiency and co-ordination of the whole body. Working in classic progression from gentle to fiery, together, through space and with music.
