Class today is Contemporary Dance with Stuart Shugg
Stuart’s classes focus on learning complex coordinations and detailed movement phrases. Warm-ups are simple, exploring swing, momentum, weight, counterbalance, and sequential movement. The latter part of class involves learning complex choreography and working together to unpack and understand what it takes to dance it.
