Today’s class is Guided Dance Practice w/ Lana Šprajcer

Lana’s class, grounded in somatic practices, contemporary dance techniques and improvisational technologies, unfolds as an exploration of the body in movement in relation to constraints.

By engaging our attention with constraints/specific principles for generating movement – we are practicing negotiation between the “natural” flow of movement and its potential for rupture and rearrangement.
