Class today is Guided Movement Exploration w/ Raina Peterson

In this class Raina Peterson will draw on their training in classical Indian dance and yoga to guide participants in exploring the sensory experiences of movement through improvisation. The class will start with a yoga-based warm-up, before progressing to exercises animating the hands and the spine, and finally explorations in slow movement.

This class aims to be accessible for all bodies present and allows for individual interpretation of the given tasks.
