Guided Improvisation w/ Caroline Bowditch
Join Caroline Bowditch for a class to explore your bones and land in your skin. Drawing on the principles of Universal Design in Dance and using structured improvisational offerings, dancers will have the opportunity to find the dance that works for their body in the now.
This class will use visualisations, improvisation and aims to be accessible to all bodies present.
Class costs $15, or buy a Week Pass for $25. No pre-booking required.
