Class today is Guided Improvisation w/ Leisa Prowd

The aim of this class is for dancers to focus on isolating different parts of the body to explore the sensation of
weight through improvisation using the concepts of logic and anti-logic. The class focuses on a sense of weight and structured improvisation.

The class will include a guided warm-up using breath practices based on Kundalini yoga, followed by stretching and improvised movement.

This class is suitable for All body types and all levels of expertise.
