Class today is Guided Movement Exploration with Raina Peterson

In this class Raina Peterson will guide participants in exploring the sensory experiences of movement through improvisation, trauma informed yoga, and visualisations. Raina will also draw on their training in classical Indian dance and yoga to share how breath and eye movements can direct energy in performance. This class aims to be accessible for all bodies present and allows for individual interpretation of the given tasks.
