HOTBED: Traditional and Contemporary Dance from First Nations Australia and Taiwan w/ Gapu Ngupan (Chasing the Rainbow)

Join the choreographers and dancers of Gapu Ngupan in this dynamic 2-hour workshop. You’ll be introduced to traditional movements and gestures from both Yolngu and Paiwan cultures, followed by the opportunity to learn contemporary choreographic sequences from their recent work.

Led by Rachael Wallis and Piya Talaliman, this workshop offers an exciting chance for movers to engage with First Nations dance.
