This class is the first of a 4-class online Series: Klein Technique w/ Alice Heyward.
In this class series, we will work with body-felt understanding of how our muscles of deep postural support bring the bones into alignment and connection, leading to power and efficiency of movement. As the information and material will progress across the 4-class series, attendance at all four classes is requested, where possible.
