ONLINE CLASS SERIES: KLEIN TECHNIQUE
This class is the second of a 4-class online series: Klein Technique w/ Alice Heyward.
ABOUT THE SERIES
In this online class series, you will work with a body-felt understanding of how the muscles of deep postural support bring the bones into alignment and connection, leading to power and efficiency of movement.
Information and material will progress across the series, and so attendance at all four classes is requested, where possible.
Alice is currently undertaking the Klein Technique™ Teacher Certification Program with Susan Klein, and this series sits as part of her learning process.
ABOUT KLEIN TECHNIQUE
In Klein Technique™ we start from our body’s deepest, densest structures, the bones, and the muscles of postural support; the hamstrings, the psoas, the pelvic floor muscles, and the external rotators.
When the bones become aligned and forces can move through us in relation to the floor/earth and space/heavens, we gain more strength and efficiency, which gives us more choices. We will use time to connect, breathe, initiate, sequence and to re-define.
The purpose of Klein Technique™ is to understand the full use of the body as an integral whole to maximise full function of each individual’s unique movement potential.
COST
$40 pp for the 4 class series
