This class aims to provide a balanced and holistic experience that nurtures both the body and mind. It begins with a warm-up to prepare the body for practice, before moving on to build strength, flexibility, and stability. The aim is to create a space for practitioners to connect with their bodies, breath, and inner selves, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and grounded.

The class includes poses to build physical resilience and endurance, opening poses to release tension and promote flexibility, arm balances to challenge practitioners’ balance and strength, forward bends to calm the nervous system, standing balancing poses to improve focus and stability, pranayama to regulate the breath and enhance vitality, and meditation to cultivate mindfulness and awareness.

About Callum Mooney
As an experienced yoga teacher, Callum completed his 200 Hour Teacher Training with Aimee Bracks and Mickey Space at Summer Healing Yoga, followed by a 50 Hour Yin Teacher Training with Mickey Space. Callum continued to expand his training with a 200 Hour Power Living certification, including SuperCoach Training with Harriet Smith and Eric Salazar. Callum’s teaching experience includes Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga at various studios and events, such as Summer Healing Yoga, Austinmer Dance Theatre, MOVE Yoga, Kula Yoga and Pilates Republic. Callum has also taught workshops and classes in Mullumbimby, Byron Bay.
