Class today is Yoga w/ Nicole Corea

Nicole’s class will awaken the mind-body connection through dynamic physicality, stillness and everything in between. This vinyasa-inspired class will include a creatively sequenced flow that can be adapted and modified to the individual. Class will begin with a warm-up, moving into standing postures, balancing, and can include twisting, back bending and inversions. Pranayama and/or restorative postures may be included and class will end with savasana or seated meditation.

Class is suitable for advanced beginner to advanced yoga practitioners, yet all are welcome and modifications can be given.

Nicole has been practising yoga for over 20 years, and teaching yoga since 2011 after receiving her 200-hour Vinyasa certification at Laughing Lotus Yoga in NYC. She has taught her own private clients and for dance companies and institutions providing yoga for body conditioning and artistry enhancement to pre-professional and professional dancers in the U.S. and Australia.
