Class today is Yoga w/ Rachel Coulson

The aim of this class is to more deeply understand our independent and collective energy, as we ride the wave of an optimally functioning nervous system. Rachel’s classes begin in a yin state and slowly builds in energy, inviting space for a calm yet rigorous practice. It encourages autonomy and focuses on the paradox that exists in physical practice. Soft and strong, calm and stimulated, centred and available. We explore length and tone of both the internal and external body.

Class will include Pranayama, Asana and meditation, whilst drawing upon other various movement practices gathered from Rachel’s training. It may include standing and balancing postures, inversions, backbends, and binding.

This class is suitable for those with a physical practice of some kind.
