The inaugural season of Lucy Guerin Inc’s annual performance program: Pieces for Small Spaces 2005.
Pieces for Small Spaces is a unique opportunity for five choreographers to challenge their practice, take risks and present a new short dance work as part of a professional performance season. The program aims to support the work of young choreographers and those working outside of company structures.
In this first iteration, six selected artists were encouraged to develop their individual dance practice, devising a distinct and meaningful voice within their choreographic works.
The works they created played over 11 performances between 4-9 October 2005 at the Lucy Guerin Inc Studio at 57 Miles Street, Southbank.
